By purchasing any Studio Wren & Co. Collection Suite, Custom Invitation Suite or Wedding Day Paper, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below.

DESIGNS

Our designs are thoughtfully curated, and all design elements are intentionally selected to best suit the overall look of the design. Because of this, we do not offer any significant design, layout or font changes on our Semi-Custom designs whether it is for Save the Dates, Invitation Suites or Wedding Day Paper. If you would like a bespoke design, please visit our custom design page.

AVAILABILITY 

We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes or embellishments displayed on our website will be available from our suppliers. If your selections are unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer alternative options of the same quality. 

We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your place in our production schedule. 

PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIMES

Upon completion of your purchase we will provide a digital proof of your invitation suite within 5-8 business days. Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins immediately. We will follow up when production is completed and your goods are ready to ship. Standard printing timeframes are 3-5 weeks. Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks if you selected to add embellishment items. 

It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect the timeline and potentially delay your order.

PROOFING

Please ensure you carefully check over all proofs thoroughly including layout, content, spelling, paper color, card sizes, type, font size, font type, print method, paper type and ink color.

Semi-custom invitations include one complimentary round of minor revisions to text, layout and calligraphy. Minor calligraphy adjustments do not include complete rewrites or calligraphy style selection changes. Any additional rounds of proofs incur an additional fee of $150.00 per revision.

Custom invitations have a maximum of three rounds of revisions. Any additional rounds of proofs incur an additional fee of $150.00 per revision.

We cannot make additional changes once your item is in production. We recommend that you carefully review your proofs for any inaccuracies before final approval. Corrections will incur additional writing, design, production and shipping costs. 

We thoroughly check over all designs, however if there is an error made on our part please contact us immediately and we will send a correction or refund the amount of the incorrect goods.

VARIATIONS 

Our handmade papers and products are all made individually by hand, which means there may be minor size, weight, texture and color variations between pieces. Letterpress printing process include matte inks that are hand-mixed, which means slight variances in ink color are to be expected.

For our handwritten calligraphy, please note that there will be slight letter form and placement variances throughout. Names, words or phrases will vary depending on the letters and length. Each hand addressed envelope will vary depending on the letters, the length and arrangement of names, street names, city, and state lengths.

COLOR ACCURACY OF SCREEN & PRINT

Although we strive to do our best to represent the colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly the same as what you see on your screen.

SHIPPING

At checkout you will be charged our minimum flat fee for shipping. For all invitations and day-of paper, you will receive a final shipping invoice from us once your order has been packaged and weighed for an accurate shipping cost. All orders are shipped Express unless otherwise specified or requested. We have no guarantee or control over shipment timeframes (besides the information provided via the tracking number) and advise allowing a longer lead-time, to allow for any potential delays during shipment. We are not responsible for any loss, delays, and damages due to shipping. 

Any customs and import taxes that may apply will be the client’s responsibility. Please expect delays due to COVID-19 related restrictions. We recommend that you place your order early.

INVITATIONS & THE MAIL

The post office reads envelopes electronically. Due to the nature of calligraphy, some addresses or calligraphy styles will be more or less difficult to read when proceeding via USPS, as is the nature with any handwritten address. Any address that cannot be read by the machine will likely be hand-inspected. If the address still, cannot be delivered, it will be returned to the return address. Studio Wren & Co. is not responsible for re-sending, reprinting, or reimbursing for invitations or addresses that do not make it to their intended address. As with any mass mailing, you are likely to have 1-3% of your pieces be undeliverable. Please check your address list carefully to ensure all your addresses are correct to minimize this effect. You may wish to order extras to ensure additional pieces are available if needed.

If Studio Wren & Co. is addressing and posting your pieces, we guarantee that each address you provide goes directly to the post office. Any mail not received by its intended recipient is not under the liability of Studio Wren & Co. If any pieces need to be re-mailed, you may either mail the pieces yourself using any extras that were purchased and delivered to you upon the completion of the project, or Studio Wren & Co. can print, address, and re-mail the additional pieces for a fee.

PUBLICATION

Should images of work designed and curated by Studio Wren & Co. be published, Studio Wren & Co. must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature. This is valid to both printed publications and online blog features. 

We retain the rights to post client invitations and wedding paper goods on our website and social media. If there is an issue with us doing so, please advise beforehand. 

COPYRIGHTS

All designs, images, artwork and videos on this website or in the products that you purchase are owned solely by Studio Wren & Co. unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or copy the designs, images, artwork or videos in any manner whatsoever without the written consent and approval of Studio Wren & Co. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATION

Due to the custom nature of our services, they are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation.

If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording or design approved by the client, the costs of reprinting is at the responsibility of the client
